Q: How does it work?
A: Orders begin on Monday and end on Friday at 11am. Fresh produce is received Saturday and prepped. Meals are fully prepared/cooked Sunday and are ready for pickup @ Slate Bistro in Camarillo (4pm-6pm) or delivery (4pm-8pm).
Q: Are the meals frozen or have preservatives?
A: All produce is fresh and received the day before (Saturday) or the day of (Sunday) preparation. We do not freeze or add preservatives, as all meals are picked up or delivered the day they are made on Sunday.
Q: How does the menu work?
A: The menu rotates weekly with 3 different options to choose from.
Q: How do I purchase my meals?
A: Click the "Order Now" button. Choose the meal plan package you prefer (5, 7, or 11). Choose whether you'd like to pick up your meals or have them delivered for a $10 rate. Enter your information and choose your payment method.
Q: How do you handle delivery?
A: Drivers will begin delivering between the hours of 4pm to 8pm on Sunday. If you are not available during those times, you may have a friend/family member pick up your meals. Also, we can deliver to the house of a friend/family member as needed. Please notify of any last minute changes.
Q: What if I want more / less meals than you offer?
A: We currently provide 3 different meal plan packages: 5, 7, and 11. Any special requests should reach out to us: email@example.com
